From the lecture room straight into the office: many of Elster's advertised positions are aimed at university and college graduates who want to take on responsibility right at the beginning of their career. We are especially interested in recruiting specialists, preferably with prior work experience, whose qualifications are relevant to our business.

This applies particularly to electrical, industrial and process systems engineers. We also welcome applications from business administration graduates who have specialised in controlling or accounting.
